Lynn went to Istanbul recently. She did so well
there that we're both
going back next week. Then we realized that what she brought home
was
something less than the proverbial pot of gold.
When she got back she handed me a note for 1,000,000 old Turkish
Lira.
She hit the jackpot! A million of anything is something, right? Not
right. At current conversion rates, this thing is worth a little
less
than $.75. That's right, there's a decimal point there. Not even a
buck!
I couldn't buy a stamp to mail it home for that!
